These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iGentrix and all related services provided by iGentrix ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

iGentrix is a platform that allows business owners and their teams to create, deploy, and manage AI agents that handle conversations and tasks on their behalf. Agents can be deployed across channels including web and WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

2. Your Account

You must create an account to use iGentrix. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account on your behalf without appropriate authorisation.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe your information is inaccurate or misleading.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use iGentrix only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Deceive, harass, or harm any person
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Impersonate any person, business, or organisation
• Collect personal data from others without their knowledge or consent
• Circumvent any security or access controls on the platform
• Use the platform to build agents that violate the terms of any connected third-party service, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, at our sole discretion, are in violation of these Terms.

4. Your Content and Agent Data

You retain ownership of the content you provide to iGentrix - including your business information, documents, and training data. By uploading content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving your agents and the iGentrix service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your agents' conversations and for ensuring your use of iGentrix complies with all applicable laws, including data protection laws that apply to the personal data of your customers.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

iGentrix uses AI to generate responses on your behalf. While we work to ensure quality and accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing your agents' behaviour and configuring appropriate escalation paths for sensitive or high-stakes interactions.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

iGentrix offers a free Starter plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans are charged in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Starter plan.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply to your next billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

iGentrix and all related technology, software, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand materials.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the iGentrix platform without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Integrations

iGentrix may integrate with third-party platforms and services. Your use of those integrations is governed by the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iGentrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of iGentrix will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

iGentrix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of iGentrix after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
